Hot HR update 27-31 August

Welcome to this week's Hot HR update and round up of the key things that have happened in the group this week so far.

 

A warm welcome to all new members this week. Please remember to promote the group to your HR contacts to help the group grow from strength to strength.  

 

This week Hot HR welcomed Ruth Simpson to Hot HR as an administrator for the group. This is a new role for Hot HR and Ruth will be involved in the managing of the group and working on new projects for the group. Ruth will also be the main contact for Hot HR whilst I am on maternity leave.

Hot HR Update

Amazing news - Hot HR has now reached the 1000 mark - with over 1000 members the group is going from strength to strength. Thank you to all those that have contributed and are using the group, I hope you continue to find the group of use.

On 20th October Hot HR ran an event in Leeds 'Social Media - The Right Way' in partnership with Ward Hadaway law firm covering using social media for recruitment and legal and legislative aspects of social media. HOT HR - HOT SPOT!!
This week we have seen the introduction of the Hot HR 'Hot Spot'. This is a new and exciting platform for HR professionals to write about HR issues that effect them in their roles from a very real perspective.
